Burn Ban Information

As of 05/13/2022 Comal County was placed under a Burn Ban!
This will last for the next 90 days unless changed by city officials.
This means there is NO OUTDOOR BURNING permitted within the county.
What does this mean for camping?
NO CAMP FIRES!!!
No Tiki Torches
No Open Flames
Is Cooking Permitted?
Yes, during the Burn Ban, only outdoor cooking is permitted.
An elevated & enclosed grill/pit with a lid is required.
It is okay to use charcoal and propane for your grill/pit.
*Do not use the pits provided at your site;
they are not enclosed and do not have a lid.*
